Located west of Marquette, this large pony truss is the 22nd crossing of Bloody Run.
Built in approximately 1930 to replace an older truss, which was likely pin connected. This bridge features an 8-panel riveted Warren Pony Truss, set onto stone and concrete abutments. These pony trusses were commonly used between 1927 and 1931 to replace older trusses.
The bridge can be accessed through the hiking trails at the expansive county park. Unfortunately, no information on the bridge has been found.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in good condition.
The author has ranked the bridge as being moderately significant, due to the truss design.
